The office manager is extremely rude. I called to get a quote and she was very short on the phone. My boyfriend went in to rent a unit and she changed the price that she quoted us. All the while she didn’t even look away from her computer. I’m not sure if they’re trying to get business or send people away.

I’m sorry you had this experience at our office. Did you come in the office or just your boyfriend? As far as a price difference there is a difference between a regular unit and a climate controlled unit. All prices are posted in the office and I’m sorry for any misunderstanding. We would be happy to help if you need a unit.
