The entire solar installation process went extremely well. Our project manager and the installation crew were efficient, polite, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Even the City and PNM inspectors were great. The City inspectors came the day after a snow storm to complete their inspections. Have repeatedly tried to resolve the issues of our enphase system not reporting after switching from CenturyLink to Xfinity. Been out 2x completely wasting my time and both times saying they need a "wifi stick" yet forget to bring one with. Left again on Friday saying the same thing, again claiming a shipment arriving that day and they would call or text to confirm coming out Monday or Tuesday with it. And yet again, they failed at simple communication.
We are very happy with our new Solar system that Affordable Solar installed. Justin Dewey did a great job in clearly answering all of our questions about solar and kept us up-to-date on the progress of the installation. We are completely satisfied and would recommend Affordable Solar to anyone interested.
