Great company. Very responsive. Came out in the middle of the night and fixed our heat on the coldest day of the year without hesitation. Someone will answer everytime you call.
Thinking all is well at home, we went to bed warm and woke up in the middle of the night shivering! Artic temperature and no heat! Yay, the electricity was on, but blowing cold air. Got immediate answer when I called Affordable Service and Matt R arrived here the same morning! Friendly, professional and punctual are three good words to describe Matt, Brian, and the entire organization. And got my house warmed up fast and it was “Affordable”. I highly recommend Matt as a service technician!!
I absolutely love this company! Their customer service and follow up is exceptional. We have had Matt all of our visits and he is amazing! He always offers options and is very genuine and over all a good person! Affordable service solutions is lucky to have a guy like Matt working for them. 1000% would recommend.
Affordable Service Solutions has been a tremendous help at the farm where I work. They fixed the heating issue in our greenhouse and not only were they kind and professional but they did a fantastic job in a very timely manner. I highly recommend using them for all your HVAC needs!!
In June of 2025 my AC unit died. We called Affordable Service Solutions and replaced my unit at a reasonable price with financing. The technicians were so respectful and did a fabulous job. When winter hit I discovered the thermostat was not showing the program mode. I was so relieved to have air in June that all I asked was the thermostat Programmable.
