Yesterday was a hectic day for me and my co workers. We locked the keys in the truck so only one guy was there to help move someone out of the storage building on Andrew’s hwy and Nikki made the whole day better. Allowing me to use the facilities dolly, being very helpful and very nice. She even put off her lunch so I could finish up the job. Very helpful
Customer service is an understatement THANK YOU so much Nikki! Management was always very prompt in getting all the information to me if I have any questions about anything! The unit was clean and all ready for us to move in & I'd recommend this storage facility for anyone looking to store things in the Odessa-Midland area
