Very good place to rent a unit.Owner is a very good person and has cheaper prices than other places.
Shady isn't the word for it. It's way worse What place doesn't have personnel to meet with yig to sign a contract nor set up payments. Moved in last week and neither of us could meet in person as everytime no one is available. Then to top it off says to leave cash in a drop box lol. How does anyone know cameras even record anything and this place isn't even fenced. No ty quickly went someplace else got a contract and paid with card and automatic payments set up and gated for security. And then told I'm shady and not gonna re... read more
Good people that run the place. If you're a day late there is no big deal. It's about the going rate in Harrisonburg. Higher than in the county but it's convenient. Good manager, will work with you if a legit situation comes up.
