Customer service is non-existent and you can forget about anything being in a timely fashion. Took them 3 hours to setup my storage I should have known better then. Going in to make a payment is a crap shoot because they have set schedules but leave whenever and may not return for an hour or two. Animals in the main office which is filthy to begin with. Take your money and go anywhere else.
