unfortunately i cant rate on how the actual business is because i was not able to make it past the gate without being treated TERRIBLE by the owner!! I will NEVER recommend this place!!
Called to reserve a unit, was told, very curtly, that I had to do that online, so I did, which included paying a $25 reservation fee. When I got to Affordable Self Storage several hours later, mid-day, there was no parking lot, and the office was inside the locked gates. I called, they answered, nobody was at the location, and I was told, rudely, that they would call me when they got there, with zero indication of when that might be. Who does business that way? RecommendedThe dubuque facility is clean, secure, and organized. I personally feel safe when I'm there and know that my storage items are safe. The facility is climate controlled too. The staff are friendly and competent. I recommend Green Acres Storage!
By far the best storage facility I have ever used. Large covered loading/unloading area, carts and dollies free to use, actual individual and unique security codes to access after hours, clean facility, bathrooms and moving supplies for sale. and still competitively priced, already stored at this facility twice and I don't even look at other options anymore when it comes to storage. Great job!
Awesome storage facility....friendly staff...clean...secure....convenient. ....restrooms....indoor drop off and pick up...moving carts/dollies....climate controlled.....reasonably priced......fantastic!
