This agency is a complete scam. I regret the very second I decided to trust them to help me with my home purchase, which is stressful enough on its own. First of all, the agents don’t know what they are doing. I was new to Florida and looking to buy. Stella Shpolyansky was absolutely amazing and very professional. I gave her a price range and she found multiple places for me to look at untill we found the one. I would highly recommend this office wether you’re looking to buy or rent. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. I will be recommending all my family and friends.

BEWARE!!! If you end up finding a place by another orher means after starting paperwork with them they will retain a $300 fee for "your services" even though they claim they are a no fee service. In addition, EACH place you apply for has an application fee so if you don't get approved for the first place you have to keep paying until you do get approved. None of this was said at the beginning of working with theme and they play off the $300 like you only get charged if you back out of an already started application but it's ... read more

We dealt with an agent name Jenice Giraldo Sanchez, who was nothing but trouble. She disregarded the leaset and allowed tenants to move into the rental apartment without paying the full amount of money which was stipulated on the lease. She is a big liar and unprofessional idiot. Had no concern for nothing except getting her greedy hands on the commission. Texted us and said the tenants would move out as long as they got back their money. I had to move unexpectedly from Texas to FL in a short amount of time... I was not very familiar with the area, but thankfully the staff was extremely patient and helpful with answering all my questions (...my thousands and thousands of questions! Haha). This is their worst realtor ever to exist their customer service is terrible along with their bilingual skills not only that they lie about everything they do I give them a secure deposit to hold a place which was the amount of $500 I come to get my refund back $100 dollars mysteriously is taken away I will never use this service again and I will be reporting them to the bad business bureau

This place is heartless. I'm a single mother of 3 looking for something affordable. After seeing countless of ads from them on my Craigslist search I decided to give them a call to inquire about an apartment within my price range.
