After spending $37K on a new TPO roof with Affordable Roofing I am having to REPLACE the "new" roof within three years. The workmanship on the roof was terrible- as even agreed to by the NM Industries Commission. They refuse to repair the problems without my paying for the warrantied roof. After such horrible workmanship on a brand new installation I do not believe that they are capable of taking care of the problems that they caused.
Bruce, Billy, and all his guys did a great job. Bruce was prompt in scheduling us for a walkthrough and getting us a quote (he was the only one who followed up out of 3 companies I reached out to). They were all pleasant to work with, respectful and they communicated well. Bruce gladly explained the process, materials and plan to myself and my husband, which was greatly appreciated. Called 3 times, left 3 voicemails, and no one ever called back. If it’s this difficult to get them to give me a quote, It’ll be impossible to work with them.
