We unfortunately used their services to manage our property. We found them to be unprofessional, unethical, dishonest, and rude. You do not want to use this company. It is difficult to imagine that there is a worse choice in Hagerstown.
I wouldn’t even give one star! I would not rent from this company at all! They do not care about their tenants! This has absolutely been the worst rental company I’ve ever rented from! At first it was ok but towards the end of our lease it was nothing but bs from them! Highly disappointed!
I would do everything in my power to steer clear of this place. From start to finish, they have been a nightmare. Pam is the rudest woman I have ever met! They all start out very nice... Until they get you into a lease. And pay attention when and if you renew with them. They will add additional monthly fees with no notice and no explanation and when you are confused, they will refer you to your new lease. We rented with them for 4 years.
