Home infested with roaches, very rude and inconsiderate and no grace period on rent. Due by the first or get out basically!! Absolutely no. Run don’t walk. Get everything in writing especially after your lease expires and they switch you to month to month without you knowing so they can pull a move to get you out when they feel fit, leaving you no time to find another place for your store… 120 grand spent in 6 years with them and when I called in about an emergency and my life being threatened, did they come racing up to help me? If I could give zero I would these people are very shady, liars and very uncompassionate , and very messy
We have lived in our home for 7 years and we have never had any issues with Affordable coming out to repair or replace anything that has happened while we have lived here. I am especially grateful today because last night with all the wind we had a huge tree come down in our yard and they were out today the whole thing was chopped up and removed!! They will be back by the end of the week to put up our fence. I feel extremely lucky that they are my landlord
