Installed radon mitigation. Worker put a hole in my ceiling with a drill. Then the mitigation system collapsed in my attic causing water leak.
Not a fan of this company. Rather than call me with an issue with an alarm on a home, that was turned off within 5 minutes of it going off. They sent me a bill for $100 with no notice, phone call, email etc. More of a predatory "inconvenience" fee, than an actual fee. Highly unprofessional and very disappointed in this company.
Didn't return my call
Highly recommended! I had an installation 5 years ago. Recently the fan unit stopped working...it had a 60 month warranty. I was 59 months and one week into that warranty and a service technician came came out and replaced it. I asked, "Do I have to sign anything?". He said, "No, if you have any other issues, just contact the company". And he was done.
