Terrible property management company, the owner and only point of contact is Charles McLain, he is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Since moving in day 1 he is very lazy, huffs and puffs whenever you call him about something that needs to be fixed or any question you have. He is smart and makes snarky remarks at everything said. It was so horrible dealing with him I requested to only be in contact with Patty the accountant. As far as I’m aware only the two of them make up the property management.
