Laraine has assisted with our basement apartment rental for 5 years and now also a home. She's always been very knowledgeable and helpful, she knows her contract well and does a good job finding trustworthy tenants. I have really appreciated her help, especially when we had tenants cause damages, she helped us with that situation so everything went very smoothly. Thanks for your help and we'll continue to use your company.
Laraine is an excellent property manager. She has managed our home rental for 3 years. Laraine is fair to tenants and very knowledgeable about the law. She is good at finding good tenants. She also helps a lot if tenants leave damage to manage the situation. I would highly recommend!
Laraine did not help our family! She also made charges to our security deposit that were unnecessary. Her and her daughter in law (our original landlords) have ignored us when we asked for explanations and did not explain things til they actually sent our deposit to us in a written letter. I would not want to rent from them again. She was managing a property for her son that we stayed in and she was unprofessional. I do not recommend working with her. I’ve heard she has been giving others hard times for a long time now.
Laraine has managed properties for 20+ years. She is excellent at managing rentals, highly recommend.
