This is a horrible company. I took over my grandfathers place. Went through everything and was told switching to our names I wouldn't owe his balance. then I started receiving a bill in my grandparents name I called to ask why, getting told "I agreed" to pay his balance. which was definitely not the case. I did pay it but the ridiculous nonsense never stops. Everytime you call you either get the answering machine or someone with attitude. they never cashed their automatic payments on time, sometimes it could be 2 weeks plus ... read more
horrible customer service. still have yet to pick up propane tanks that have been sitting in my yard since October.
Ran out on auto delivery. The woman my spouse spoke with said 10 days to deliver to us tho we were out altogether and added "Not our fault you are cold" then added we needed to prepay. My spouse said that will not happen and we found another company. 3 days later they auto delivered 40 gallons to us and when questioned stated we are auto delivery. They say 10-15 days its been 24 now😂 Thank God I am saving what Propane I have with space heaters and that I don't have children yet. And the ladies in the office always seem to have an attitude when you call 🤷♀️. Not recommended for ANYONE. -edit- APPARENTLY no one knows such thing as a COURTESY CALL! This company has beat most if not all of the other companies. Customer service agents are friendly and helpful. Delivery is quick and convenient. Thank you for the BEST service around.
Called for propane today since my tank is at 10% and I was told the earliest I could get delivery was Thursday!! I asked what happens if I run out and I was told I can call another company. I have been a customer for over 2 years! I have been on the automatic delivery every 2 months since becoming a customer. They were scheduled to fill my tank in November but did not because I was only at 40% and the representative said that wasn’t low enough to deliver propane. Customer beware!! I called on January 2 to have propane delivered to my home....by January 10 they still hadn't delivered propane, so I called and the girl I spoke with said as of January 2 it would have been 10 days before they delivered, which no one informed me of...it is now January 15 and still no one has come out. I just phoned them, they should have been open; however, I got the call service who said I might be charged a $200 fee, even though he also said they should be open.
