Heather was a true professional and very prompt with not only her service but her response. during the initial consultation (without having received ANY money from me at all) Heather spent approx 20 to 30 min getting to know more about my situation and researching the party needing service while we were on the phone. I contacted Affordable to serve papers. I sent out the papers with payment and I had to repeatedly follow up to confirm papers were rec'd. Affordable had the papers for 2 weeks. Papers were never served. I rec'd an email at 8am of the morning of the 9am scheduled court hearing that the papers were never served. No apologies, no nothing. Just let us know when you reschedule. I believe this is actually a scam. Not a real business
I have been working with Affordable Process Service for over 15 years. They always have great service and great fees. I'm never worried when I send a case to their office!
My office had several cases that needed to be served statewide in Indiana, and I needed them done quickly! The owner, Heather, stated she would handle them for me, and she did! No problems, No delays! and their fees were lower than expected. I hope I have more cases that need to be served in Indiana... as I know they will take care of them!
When I first spoke with someone at Affordable Process Service I felt like they were extremely capable and knew what they were doing. I had a rather difficult service to do, after all, but they made me feel like I was in good hands. I mailed out all the paperwork to them and provided a deadline them a space of a few days within which the service had to be performed.
