I called Affordable Pro to come out to my father’s home to repair his HVAC system that wasn’t working. They quickly figured out that there was a wiring issue caused by another company that shorted out his system. They quickly repaired the issue and assisted with getting Duke Energy out to the location to fix the mistake that caused the entire issue. Very informative and knowledgeable of situation and what can be done to fix and correct issues to avoid damages that could occur in an untimely manner
I called and received a quick response to my message. Booking was completed online. During service they showed me every component that was either failing or could be a problem in the future. No "sales" pressure to complete the recommendations. AC was repaired quickly and at a reasonable cost.
I called a large company to fix our heating system and they told me that we needed to replace our entire unit. I called Affordable Pro Heating and Air for a second opinion and he made a quick fix and our system is working perfectly for a fraction of the cost. I'll never call anyone else ever again.
