Julian installed a new liner in my family’s in ground pool last summer. The liner was installed incorrectly, which he admitted on multiple occasions in addition to the liner dealer confirming it was installed incorrectly. He returned multiple times promising to fix it and failed to each time before ultimately ignoring communications for months.
