We had a leak in a wall that we discovered late one evening. We called Affordable. The following morning ******, the owner, called us and we discussed the problem. He sent an assistant to check it. On SUNDAY, ****** and his assistant came over and fixed the leak. Their charge was fair. They were great. We are new to Tucson and knew no plumbers. We selected Affordable on the basis of reviews. We couldn't be happier. We wouldn't think of using anyone else. I wish I could give him 10 stars.
I used Affordable Plumbing to install new bathroom fixtures. ****** arrived on time. A small plumbing issue with the existing fixture was found by him and was repaired. It was repaired RIGHT. No shortcut and no extra charge. The extra time taken to do it right by Affordable showed me that they care about their customers. Highly recommend this company!
I was in the process of remodeling the Master Bathroom in our house and wanted to modify the plumbing to accommodate a dual sink vanity, as well as replace a 20 year old water heater. Excellent service in all aspects from scheduling to completion of the work. Although the work was not a large task, once ****** arrived, we talked through the problem and possible solutions. Several options were discussed and the pros and cons of each option were included in the discussion. Once the repair started, it was completed efficiently and smoothly. ****** is definitely customer oriented. I would definitely use Affordable Plumbing Tucson for future needs.
My kitchen sink and faucet were installed in 1944 (it's currently 2017) and were in dire need of replacement. After a week of working on it myself and getting nowhere I finally broke down and called a few plumbing companies to get some general pricing quotes. Excellent service, first had **** out from this company, who did everything he could to fix my kitchen sink. But I needed new taps. Was here about 40 mins trying to get everything to work. He couldn't, but then said to call, when I had the taps I chose and would come and fix them. He then did not charge me at all for this. I got the taps I was super happy with (at Home Depot) and then the actual owner came out to install them. Affordable Plumbing is a great company to call with any plumbing issues. Very affordable, professional, arrives as scheduled, and fixes the problem. I will use them for all my plumbing needs.
We called Affordable Plumbing recently to help us with a problem we were having with one of our toilets. We had attempted to fix the issue ourselves with no luck. ****** was very professional over the phone and in person. He remedied our toilet problem quickly and even took the time to answer my questions about a recent issue with our kitchen sink. The price was fair and the work was done efficiently. We will definitely use Affordable Plumbing in the future and will recommend them to others.
