When the technician called with the price, I told him they are not affordable. He laughed as if he heard the joke before. I paid $1,060 to replace a board that the part was $300. Over $700 labor and it did not fix my issue. I only agreed to the price because of the freeze warning. I will not be using them again.
No promised Estimate/ schedule. Told them I wanted to pay to have a gas line installed to a new gas range, no interest after multiple calls to them asking them to call me to schedule.
