Exceeded my expectations! – I recently bought a new laptop and was worried I couldn't have my old music transferred from an iTunes account to the new computer. I kept getting virus warnings popping up on my computer screen. It was getting really aggravating. Finally I took it to affordable pc services and asked them what could be going on. They told me they would take a look and discovered multiple viruses! I took it in before I went to work around 9:30am and got it back before 5pm! Now I don't get those annoying messages and my computer runs smooth again. I will be returning if I need anything else. Thanks!
Excellent Customer Service! – I chose Affordable PC Services based on an outstanding recommendation. My laptop was crashing intermittently (once an hour) and even though I am somewhat technically savvy I was unable to solve the problem myself. Great Service for a Unbeatable Price – I was referred to Affordable Pc Services from a business that use them for all their IT needs. Having little to no pc knowledge i was curious to stop in. I stopped in the next afternoon, i had an error that kept popping up when i screen would come on. Although it was a minor virus removal, the techs were exceedingly knowledgeable and well-versed in their field. The woman that left this review isn't the person that the work was done for. She is an employee where the work was done. The job was done correctly and her superiors have attested to this. This review was left out of anger when our company contacted her superiors to advise them of her nasty attitude toward our employees. I felt like we had done our job correctly and didn?t think anyone should be talked down to the way this person did to us. So this review was more or less her revenge.
