The ‘work’ was done for us. Communication was always open and clear; plus always available! We never had to wait for anything. Even though there’s lots of papers to sign at closing; it was such a fun experience! I am very glad this company was recommended to us and we definitely would recommend this company to others.
Billi jo has went way above and beyond to get us our home loan. She worked late into the night to make sure everything was submitted and get things processed FAST!!! She also helped with insurance issues 2 months after closing. She's the person you need for home loans!!!

Billi Jo was wonderful. If you are a veteran considering a VA home loan, or any type of home loan, she is the best there is in the coulee region. After our initial visit to provide her with all our financial information, the rest was a cake walk. All signing was done online. Her communication skills were spot on and she was extremely knowledgeable. She made our ‘first time home buying experience’ pleasurable and pain-free.
