Absolutely wonderful experience. We were no easy case, and Billijo handled it like a rockstar. I work nights, so I'm asleep a lot during the day. There was a couple nights that she would message me well after normal business hours so we could work some details out. Of course buying a house during a pandemic was an interesting experience, but we were able to do most of the work without meeting in person. BilliJo was amazing to work with! From suggesting we try another place to get a loan (we bought a manufactured home and they are difficult to get financing), to taking us back and getting us a WAY better rate!
