Top of my list is the friendliness and exceptional customer service. The knowledge and experience of Billi Jo was extremely helpful to us while we navigated through all the ppwk. The ‘work’ was done for us. Communication was always open and clear; plus always available! We never had to wait for anything. Even though there’s lots of papers to sign at closing; it was such a fun experience! I am very glad this company was recommended to us and we definitely would recommend this company to others.
Billi jo has went way above and beyond to get us our home loan. She worked late into the night to make sure everything was submitted and get things processed FAST!!! She also helped with insurance issues 2 months after closing. She's the person you need for home loans!!!
