We were looking at getting a loan for 5.5% my son said call Billy Jo at Affordable Mortgage she will handle it. So we did and I worked with this awesome lady and we got a VA loan at 2.25% for 25 years instead of 30. Absolutely wonderful experience. We were no easy case, and Billijo handled it like a rockstar. I work nights, so I'm asleep a lot during the day. There was a couple nights that she would message me well after normal business hours so we could work some details out. Of course buying a house during a pandemic was an interesting experience, but we were able to do most of the work without meeting in person.
