Jacob answered his phone the first time we called and let us know he had openings right away! He said it would be about 15 minutes if it was an easy fix for our Husqvarna mower that wouldn’t start. If it was more complicated or he needed a part, it could take longer. Fortunately, Jacob fixed it quick and his staff called us with an update. A quick cable replacement and a small fee was all it took to get our baby orange running again. We could have saved over half a day troubleshooting if we called Jacob first!
