AFFLI did my landscaping and they are contracted for the lawn maintenance. They installed palm trees of poor quality and even agreed to exchange one however, they ignor my emails and calls when trying to schedule the install. Bruce (owner) and Eve (manager) have been totally unprofessional and unresponsive, the maintenance staff are wonderful and responsive to customers. If i could leave 0 stars I would. The owner Bruce is very unprofessional. I have seen him driving around twice now and he drives like hes on something. I dont know how this guy is still in business, he either flakes off, or takes my money first and doesnt complete the job. It's no wonder he has 2 other reviews with only 1 star
