A family member recommended this place to me. He had a great experience. I called ahead and they said they could diagnose my computer in 3 to 4 days and let me know what needed to be done. They had my computer for over a year and a half. At first I called daily, then 2 times a week, then once a week, and then a couple times a month. It’s up to you on if you want to do business with this company, but I highly recommend you don’t. I dropped my laptop off five months ago to be repaired and in that time, not only did they not fix my laptop, but they couldn’t even tell me what was wrong with it or if they could fix it. The first month when I dropped it off, they barely communicated with me on what to expect, I was lucky if they would even answer their phone or a text. I was quoted by Apple for $1500 after water spilled on my computer and got into the logic board. Bryan not only had it fixed in under 24 hours, he also quoted me an incredibly great price for it. I can not recommend him enough- this is the best service I have ever seen with a Mac in a very long time, and his pricing is more than fair. Thank you Bryan!

I purchased a laptop from them, that had problems. Trying to get ahold of them for help was a nightmare. There were multiple days where I was trying to reach them to have my laptop fixed, and they didn't answer the phone, didn't return calls/vms, nor respond to texts. I spent multiple days driving back and forth and repeatedly calling them, trying to get my issues resolved. Eventually I did reach them and they replaced my laptop, but I wouldn't purchase from them again.

These guys are awesome! Got a great laptop for a great price! I took in my laptop as I had an issue with it not connecting to the Internet. They fixed it in 10 minutes and saved me the cost of having someone repair it. These guys are awesome highly recommend.
