I was a new customer and called to get an estimate. The male who answered the phone (after hours) played word games with me. Since he didn't answer the phone with his business name, I asked, "Who am I speaking with?" And he rudely replied, "Who're ya trying to call?" So unprofessional he lost new business.
Experienced, affordable, and straight forward. He services many systems on properties we manage. He has the knowledge of the trade, and charges a fair and honest price with no bull.
