If you can't work with Chris, you can't work with anyone. He bent over backwards to make sure I got everything I requested. I know nothing about insulating a house and he helped me to understand the what’s and why’s of what he proposed. I had a number of requests that came up after I decided to go with Affordable and he was happy to fulfill each one. I had my old insulation removed and Chris worked with me so some additional work I needed done by other contractors could be completed before they blew in the new insulation. Th... read more
Chris came out and spent a lot of time going over the things that needed to be addressed. I appreciated all his efforts and hard work, however, their automated emails and text messages were HORRIBLE! Every single day I got a text asking me to call them. The one time I did call them to reschedule my appointment, they said they would take care of it but never did and the salesperson showed up on the original day, when I wasn't expecting them.
