I had them insulate my attic, the salesman had written on their order to put in guards to help the airflow from the eve vents into the attic, I had to ask him for them. I reminded the workman of this the day of installation but they did not put them in. I did not notice as I did not go into my attic until the next year. They also cracked my ceiling sheetrock and exposed sheetrock nails at the entrance of the attic. The workman seemed totally incompetent. The salesman not much better.
