Terry did not inspect or label window issues/ where specifically in the house they were found. There was one picture of the exterior of a window included in the report when in reality there were multiple issues with multiple windows not reported. It seems he also tested a singular outlet and called it a random sample. He also did not label which outlet(s) he tested or where in the house this outlet was tested. Terry did an amazing job inspecting the home I am purchasing. He was on time (actually early!), friendly, detailed, thorough, and incredibly patient. Throughout the process he took the time to explain his findings and to provide informed suggestions. The inspection report was received very quickly, was detailed and easy to understand. I really cannot recommend Affordable Inspection Service enough!
