Last summer (2014) I contracted Affordable HVAC Service to install new Bryant A/C Equipment while retaining most of my old ducting, which is still in mint condition. This season, Mr. White provided the contracted complimentary A/C tune-up, and needless to say, the A/C equipment is performing trouble-free. Excellent service. I called at 8am and got a 12pm-2pm slot the same day. Barrington turned up promptly at 12:15pm. He quickly found the problem with my A/C, which he showed me was a minor electrical fault. He repaired it immediately for a reasonable price. It was refreshing to find such a reliable and honest service professional. Thoroughly recommended.
Joseph came on two occasions to my home, the first time to service my boiler that wasn't working, the second to fix my water heater. Coincidentally, both machines had the same non-working part . In any event, Joseph was prompt and professional and fixed the issues on the same day. I only wish that the cost was a bit less, considering how little work was involved. But I understand that they charge a standard diagnostic charge , so ok. Overall , I am satisfied, would use them again and would recommend.
I was away on vacation for a week. When I came back I realized my ac was not working. I called for service. They were very polite. When the technician came I was so relieved. He quickly identified the problem. The service they provided was great.
My central AC didn't cool at the first use this year. The tech came in a rainy day and decided it needed more FreeON, as I expected. He managed to add FreeON and tried to find the leakage. Now the AC is working fine and I have cool air back. I would report if anything else came up this year. My impression is that the tech knows what he is doing and can find what is wrong. He is a nice guy who listens what you tell him. Will recommend him for AC service.
Just got my air ducts cleaned. I never had it done before they explained to me the process. They were very clean and did a nice job.
I just had a new central ac system installed. The guys who came to do the installation were very polite and and did a nice job. I am very happy with the work they did. I am more than happy to recommend them to my friends and family.
I had a lot of flood damage to my home due to hurricane sandy. My central AC outside was severely damaged. They came in gave me a good price on a replacement. The unit they proposed had a 10 year warranty. Needless to have to say I am very happy with the work they did.
