I was in the HUD housing counseling academy and the instructor Darcel, and Marvin did great but first I want to give a big thanks to the CEO for understanding my situation and working with me. Now, Ms Darcel is very understanding, patient and attend to your needs of questions. Marvin is great with math so he will break it down to you until you understand it.
