We didn't actually use their services or even stop here but we strongly recommend the Softub brand. And have for 30 years
I have been trying to get my tub fixed for a couple months now and just keep getting told call back in a couple weeks we might be able to tell you something then....thinking it is time to look at a new company. Sad because for years they were great, but they now seem to concentrate on the other half of the business and ignore someone who has spent thousands in their company....Sincerely, Tired of feeling ignored.
Excellent service on motor and advice for DIY repair. Lovely humans did their best to provide repairs at fair rates.
I dealt with Alex and her team recently and was very happy with their communication and service with the repair of our Hot tub. I highly recommend going to affordable hot tubs for all your hot tub needs.
I love how light and convenient my 220 is. I can use it anywhere with just a normal house plug. They have the ultimate set up and I will never be without one. I highly recommend Affordable hot tubs. They are awesome.
