Do not recommend. They destroyed our Tub liner. The tub was only a couple years old and in brand new condition but we had issues with the pump . We paid over $1000 for service and brand new parts they installed for our hydromate pump which they later said were “faulty parts” and destroyed the liner. Then tried to convince us to pay more for a new liner “they would help us find for a good price”after the wiring they installed melted ours. We didn't actually use their services or even stop here but we strongly recommend the Softub brand. And have for 30 years

I have been trying to get my tub fixed for a couple months now and just keep getting told call back in a couple weeks we might be able to tell you something then....thinking it is time to look at a new company. Sad because for years they were great, but they now seem to concentrate on the other half of the business and ignore someone who has spent thousands in their company....Sincerely, Tired of feeling ignored.

I dealt with Alex and her team recently and was very happy with their communication and service with the repair of our Hot tub. I highly recommend going to affordable hot tubs for all your hot tub needs.
