Lotte meoo review is quite inaccurate. She made the appointment for the client and didn't know much of the needed information. She was difficult to communicate with and wouldn't listen to questions. She was told that a doublewide home was $50 more and that the termite inspection was a separate cost. Upon arrival wecwere told by the listing agent that this would be a conventional loan. GREAT INSPECTORS! I was worried how this whole inspection process would go, but now that it's said and done, I could not be happier! As I expected, the home I'm looking at had a few issues. Cary and Pam walked us through and thoroughly explained everything. They pointed out all the issues, big and small, made recommendations on how to remedy them and answered any questions we had completely and honestly. Slipping I have used Carrie and Pam many times for home inspections. As the used to be very good inspectors, I have noticed a decline in the quality of work. They are not comforting to buyers at all and sometimes make predictions about a home. As the are inspectors and it is their job to inspect a home at that time. Not what Might happen in 15 years.
