Greg was professional, competent and without a doubt knowledgeable. The report was extremely detailed and exactly what I was looking for, I was in a bit of a time crunch and had my report w/in 24 hours of the inspection! Rarely do you come across individuals that not only exceed expectations ,but that you are left thinking you just did business with an elite company that provides stellar service. Please do yourself a favor and hire Affordable Home Inspections as you will only be impressed!

Very substandard service, I would not recommend their services at all. I ordered home inspection for a condo which we are supposed to buy but they did a very lousy job. 1. In the report, they said that many power outlets are not working but when we checked the power outlets very next day of their assessment, we found all of them were working fine. 2. They were great! Greg, the manager, was quick to respond to my request to book an inspection with short notice. We had to get it done in a week, for escrow, and they booked us within two days of calling. Greg Wood was the Inspector that showed up, and he was fantastic. Great attitude, easy to work with, and graciously answered all of my questions and those of my mom. He made me feel confident about my first home purchase. :)
