They did a great job in cutting the tree down. They also were earlier than expected, which was fine in our case. But, we had asked for a few sections to be cut in 20" or so pieces to be used as stools at a fire pit, when I got home a lot more than that was left. After calling and NICELY asking them to come pick up the rest and mentioning that we only had asked for a few, the man I spoke with got extremely defensive and asked what he could do to fix it. Excellent job! These guys removed a massive oak tree from our back yard. They were all polite, efficient and cleaned up so well, you can't tell this monstrous tree was ever there. Also gave me the fairest price. Much better than the previous tree removal service I used!!
