I am not one to usually write reviews, but this needed to be stated. On Christmas Day, my family and I woke up to no heat being cycled through our home. As we all know — during this Christmas weekend there was an unprecedented temperature dip with a windchill down to -25 F, we have a son; so it was pertinent that we had this addressed right away.
