SePeak Plumbing (part of Affordable Home Services) fixed a leaking ball-valve in our water line to the outdoor sprinkler system. Aaron & Benny were polite & courteous. They answered all our questions and even took shoes off before walking on new carpet. Highly Recommended!
I can not say enough good things about today’s service. Above and beyond what I thought would happen. Very thankful to have them service my AC and Heater. Thank you so much! Curran is who came to our house. Fine young man. Shane came and checked out our heater to get it ready for winter. Extremely thorough and knowledgeable. 100% trust him. Both of these services were included with our yearly membership.
The technician who came to service our heating system did not appear to have any knowledge of the type of system we have and was unable to provide any useful assistance. We were still charged an $89 fee, which was never disclosed when the appointment was scheduled. Had we been informed of the charge upfront—or that the tech might not be familiar with our system—we would have reconsidered. Disappointing lack of transparency and value.
Affordable is the most trustworthy company I’ve worked with in a long time who are all about helping their customers! Chase installed by HVAC system and Sean and Mikayla were especially great to work with.
