They did an excellent job at a very reasonable price!
I had an appointment for them to come out and do an air duct cleaning. They never showed up. I tried calling twice and got no response and no call back. Ridiculous!!
This company has poor communication and unprofessional customer service. On August 4th, 2016 we had an appointment with Affordable Heat and Air to come out and inspect our upstairs central heat and air unit. The appointment was 5:00 PM at CST and the technician did not arrive at our residence until 6:30 PM at CST. Before he left, we paid him the service fee of $75.00, and he said he would be in contact with us the next day with information regarding replacement parts.
