I called Alan during one of his busiest weeks about our old garage door and my struggle to open it and told him there was no rush. He was SO busy he forgot to call me back but after calling him another couple of times we agreed on a day/time for him to come out. Absolutely shocked at how quick and affordable this was! I have two garage doors that are constantly breaking. I’ve called several companies over the years and it’s always the same. You get put on a schedule for days later, pay an absurd amount of money, and it breaks within a few months. This time I called Affordable Door and they did NOT disappoint! I tried to get owner to come to house for almost 2 weeks calling many times. He said he had many emergencies everyday. He told me he would call back at the end of day 4 times, but he never called. He never writes anything down so he can't recall even where you live. Finally, I called early before 9 am, asking what time is he coming today. OK, he will be at my place at 1015 am.
