I tried to get owner to come to house for almost 2 weeks calling many times. He said he had many emergencies everyday. He told me he would call back at the end of day 4 times, but he never called. He never writes anything down so he can't recall even where you live. Finally, I called early before 9 am, asking what time is he coming today. OK, he will be at my place at 1015 am. Al might be the coolest technician of any sort you'll ever deal with. My garage door opener tried to destroy my door on a Saturday night, Overhead Door's "24/7" service completely ignored me, and then this guy talked to me and my girlfriend like actual people. I was so happy with Marty and his service! My garage door fell off track in the morning and he had it fixed by afternoon. He went above and beyond by replacing rollers with longer high quality ones. I would have been charged an arm in a leg with other big companies. He was honest and as the company name states very affordable!
Had a broken door spring early Saturday morning made a quick search for somebody that was available close by Alan answed right away . And said he was in the midst of a current job. Called me when he was done which he did. Let me know he was on his way. Was able to repair the door perform a complete service got me back up and running very knowledgeable. Great service realigned and lubricated. everything door works better than ever. Would definitely recommend to anyone and use again in the future.very affordable
