Sky-View Memorial Park ordered a Steril Tent on 4/18/23 from Heather Affordable Funeral Supply and was told there would be a 8-10 month lead time that we agreed to. After 15 months we were asked to switch to a Holland tent as they could not get a supply on 7/18/2024. It is now 3/5/3025 and after multiple calls and emails, we still have no tent and Heather or anyone else from Affordable Funeral Supply has nit returned any calls or emails. 1st time ordering here. All went well! Justin was super, paid with paypal, and Urn Vault arrived Jet Fast at a price better than anywhere local even with the shipping! Will use again!

It was necessary to return items because our customer canceled their order, they were gracious and helpful with the return. I can recommend them for your funeral needs.

They lack communication and they tell you one delivery date then give you another delivery date, not a very happy customer at all
