They came did a free estimate and gave total for all repairs. Once repairs started kept adding more and more that they "didn't see before" multiple times. I paid for the repairs on an empty home which I am being told should be able to be leveled almost perfectly being it is empty. It has now been 7 months since the start floor is still unlevel, cracks aren't repaired, hole in floor, covers for crawlspace access are missing. Not one thing in contract is fully completed. I have spent over 34,000.00 cash with them from April 5,2023 to June 19,2023. They haven't finished the French drain. They left the black drain uncovered no rock or dirt to cover. At the end of the trench nothing is in the trench. After this last rain Saturday night July 9,2023 there is water under kitchen floor. The owner said he would send 2 men out and he hasn't. Iv had the worst experience with this company! All the bad reviews mirrored my experience with them. The excuses that the owner comes up with as to why he can’t come out and finish the horrible work they did is embarrassing for a business owner. I didn’t believe he was in a car accident because he lied to many times so he sent me Naked pictures of a bruised back side. Please save yourself the headache and stay away from this company. When I hired them to come and level my house they told me it would take 3 days at most and now we are 16 months and never completed the job. When I talked to him about the work he said he would send some one out and and then always had an excuse why he never showed up from no employees, truck broke down, COVID, flu, had to take daughter to Texas, had to move, waiting for it to rain to see if there is a leak and the last one was had a stroke and ruptured herni... read more
