Great guys they did the work rite the first time
The technician, Dontae, literally just left before fixing anything and nobody is answering the phone. If anything, they're declining my calls
Unprofessional / unorganized / unreliable and would not use. The company officially booked my service call to fix water heater thru my home warranty company and left a phone message to set up the time to do the repair. But the next day they refused to do the follow up service call. Tenant extremely upset due to further delay and additional time of no hot water. Seems like some mix up in the company.
