Awesome experience great customer service at the counter
The walkways inside were always clean of trash and dirt. Climate was always comfortable.
Least my unit online, got it all done, paid for as the website said, I did not even have to talk to the representative... I did this on a Saturday and on Sunday went to take possession of my unit so I could put the contents of my U-Haul in and lo and behold .......?!?! the store is closed Sunday?! ..... no problem with that! except for they closed half of the storage facility until until further notice!!!!!?! from 8:30 to 5:30 everyday except for they are closed on Sundays,.. and no access granted to the particular building ... read more
Pros: Ashley was always super helpful and friendly. A great employee. If it wasn't for Ashley being so nice and helpful, I'd have only given this place a 2 or 3 star rating. Plenty of parking. On site dumpsters Hours of access were good Cons: Self described as climate controlled, but after Cubesmart took over ownership, storage was superhot during summer, and cold in winter. Climate controlled must mean there's a roof overhead. We'd drive by after hours and see the outside security access door stuck wide open on several occa... read more
I have stored here for three years and cubesmart is now raising the price super high as far as Iamconcerned
