My initial visit last week here was very bad, Had worse experience.Dr.Hank was very rough and frustrating all the time.when I have asked any question he replied with irritating and frustrating tone with raised voice.I felt very confused ,so ridiculed and humiliated.just finished cleaning in 15 minutes. I think towards medicaid patient his attitude is very bad,didn't feel positive vibe at all. I got my validation that this really wasn't the right dentist for me. I will never recommend anyone here.
