The best decision I ever made was to hire Affordable Exteriors to replace the siding on my house. Not only does the house look spectacular....but the efficiency and thoroughness of Mike and his team was outstanding. Great job. Highly recommend.
Excellent experience working with Roger at Affordable Exteriors. The siding at our half duplex rental property needed to be replaced. I opted for vinyl siding and gutter replacement. Roger did a very detailed written estimate detailing the work to be completed. He was able to match the desired color. They kept me updated on the progress of the project. The work was completed in a timely fashion to a professional standard. I strongly recommend Affordable Exteriors.
We have used this company several times, for our roof and windows and those projects were fine. Then we used them for our gutters and that was not a good experience. Per the contract we signed, they were supposed to replace the rotten fascia and soffits as part of the project and they didn't and it looks so bad. I have been trying to get a hold of them for several months to ask them to finish the project correctly. Dave installed our windows in basement and a window that was located by brick. He did a tremendous job and we are very happy with the work. This is the second time working with them and I would highly recommend.
We were very pleased with our new roof. The workers took their time, were very thorough, and completely cleaned up all debris. Three years ago, they also installed our patio covering. We highly recommend Affordable Exteriors.
