I visited my Affordable Dentures office for my annual checkup. I had not been there in a year, but was cheerfully greeted by the Staff and given an appointment. My checkup was fast and easy. The entire Staff was friendly and cheerful. The facility is clean and comfortable. I was finished within 30 minutes. I will continue to use Affordable Dentures and highly recommend their services.
Doctor Alam and her assistant were very nice and seemed helpful, and we appreciated the care we received during the visit. However, when we were about to schedule our follow-up appointment, we were told by the front desk that we had to pay the entire bill upfront. I explained that, at this point, we only had the impressions taken for the dentures, and we did not yet know how the rest of the treatment would proceed.
