How dare you get a consult in the chair and proceed to do molds not informing the patient of what is happening and then telling them they owe you thousands of dollars for 2 min consult (the time the dentist spent)You did not tell the patient anything until he spoke up. Everyone from check in to doctor Matos are excellent. I am almost finished with my journey for a beautiful smile and everyone has been perfect. I have to also mention one of the doctors assistants that has always assisted myself. Her name is Arnetta. Always kind carrying and professional. Thanks to the whole team!!!! Great work.
The Doc was damn good. The assistant(s) were damn good. The office staff is very nice, but I do understand the neg reviews about them as they do lack some customer service and communication skills.
