Everyone from check in to doctor Matos are excellent. I am almost finished with my journey for a beautiful smile and everyone has been perfect. I have to also mention one of the doctors assistants that has always assisted myself. Her name is Arnetta. Always kind carrying and professional. Thanks to the whole team!!!! Great work.
The Doc was damn good. The assistant(s) were damn good. The office staff is very nice, but I do understand the neg reviews about them as they do lack some customer service and communication skills.
This place is awesome all around! Everyone is very friendly, from the front desk receptionists to the assistants in the back. Dr. Eddy goes above and beyond for his patients! He takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains everything in detail. Your not treated like just another number. I will definitely recommend him to anyone!
My first visit didn't go too terribly since it was a consult but I was waiting for an hour to be seen. I was told they needed certain information from a previous practice. By the time I got the information I have sent it to them and it has taken over 3 weeks to hear anything back. Each time I was able to speak with someone it was if I had given them brand new information that wasn't on file. I have paid over $1000 for a upper partial denture. In less than 10months the entire denture is broken in half - the denture only has a SIX MONTH WARRANTY. YOUR TEETH ARE ONLY DESIGNED TO LAST 6 MONTHS. If you want a smile that can make it a whole year, go somewhere else. Affordable Dentures does not care if your denture breaks in less than a year, that's what the denture is designed to do.
